BUSCOPAN (Butyl scopolamine) has a specific spasmolytic effect on the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, bile ducts and urogenital organs. In therapeutic doses, it does not induce side effects similar to those of atropine.\u003cbr\u003eMetamizole sodium acts as a central analgesic, antipyretic and spasmolytic. Through the spasmolytic effect, it leads to a decrease in the irritability of the intestinal smooth muscles. The spasmolytic effect is due to the antiphlogistic action achieved by waterproofing the vessels and by improving the blood irrigation of the smooth muscles, desired in therapy. Depending on the method of administration and the evolution of the disease, a long-lasting effect of about 4-6 hours is established. This is explained by the retention of buscopan in the enterohepatic circulation and a constant secretion in the intestinal lumen followed by reabsorption (enterohepatic circuit). For these reasons, most of the time a single injection is sufficient for healing. As a rule, the pain subsides already at the end of the intravenous injection, and when administered im. the effect is installed after 20-30 min. For other tympanisms, the injection with BUSCOPAN comp. facilitates the insertion of the nasoesophageal probe. After the administration of the product, it will be noticed that the belching starts right from the insertion of the probe. BUSCOPAN (Butilscopolamina) ha un effetto spasmolitico specifico sulla muscolatura liscia del tratto digerente, delle vie biliari e degli organi urogenitali. A dosi terapeutiche non provoca effetti collaterali simili all'atropina.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIl metamizolo sodico agisce come analgesico centrale, antipiretico e spasmolitico. Grazie al suo effetto spasmolitico, porta ad una diminuzione dell'irritabilità della muscolatura liscia intestinale. L'effetto spasmolitico è dovuto all'azione antiflogistica ottenuta impermeabilizzando i vasi e migliorando l'afflusso di sangue alla muscolatura liscia, auspicata in terapia. A seconda del metodo di somministrazione e dell'evoluzione della malattia, si stabilisce un effetto duraturo, che dura circa 4-6 ore. Ciò è spiegato dalla ritenzione del Buscopan nella circolazione enteroepatica e dalla sua costante secrezione nel lume intestinale seguita da riassorbimento (circuito enteroepatico). Per queste ragioni, nella maggior parte dei casi è sufficiente una sola iniezione per la guarigione. Solitamente il dolore scompare già al termine dell'iniezione endovenosa e con la somministrazione IM. L'effetto si manifesta dopo 20-30 minuti. Nei vitelli il preparato ha un effetto notevole sul timpanismo funzionale, che si verifica frequentemente. Per altri timpanismi, iniezione con BUSCOPAN comp. facilita l'inserimento del sondino nasoesofageo. Dopo aver somministrato il prodotto, noterai che il ruttino inizierà non appena verrà inserita la sonda.
